COVID-19 policy to wear a face mask at your appointment

Can you please attend on your own unless you have a care who needs to bring you

Please arrive on time and not too early or late.

Please ring the doorbell to the left of the main door when you arrive to let Louise know you have arrived.

You can enter the building when you rang the doorbell if the door is unlocked.

When entering the building please use the hand sanitiser provided on the reception desk

Louise will then take you directly into the treatment room.

A face covering is required unless you are exempt

Please do not attend of you or someone in your household have any COVID symptoms or waiting for a PCR test.

You can cancel and re-scedule  the appointment if necessary
